Extracts 36 months of daily capacity data from the DB2 capacity repository (CAPACITY_CPU_DAILY, CAPACITY_WKL_DAILY, CAPACITY_IO_DAILY tables). This produces a flat file with one record per LPAR per day, containing average and peak GP utilization, zIIP utilization, MSU consumption, and EXCP counts.
