Bowling Action
- Develop a smooth, repeatable run-up
- Maintain a straight line from run-up to delivery
- Use your non-bowling arm for balance
- Keep your bowling arm high and straight
- Follow through after releasing the ball
Line and Length
- Good Length: Forces batsman to make a decision between forward and back
- Line: Aim for off-stump or just outside
- Yorker: Full ball at the batsman's feet
- Bouncer: Short-pitched delivery targeting the batsman's body
Types of Bowling
