Background

You know Marcus by now. The 42-year-old career changer. Fifteen years of English teaching. Nine months into a data science certificate. Marcus has encountered the illusion of competence again — the same trap that caught Mia Chen in Chapter 1. Only this time, it wasn't produced by rereading a textbook. The Cascade
