What's wrong here? (perception & diagnosis)

26. A creator shoots a heartfelt testimonial at 60 fps because "the number was higher." Viewers say it looks like a home video or a news clip even though it's sharp and well-lit. What's wrong, and what should they shoot instead?

27. A shooter sets 24 fps and 1/50, then steps into direct sun, and to stop the overexposure raises the shutter to 1/2000. The exposure is now fine, but the footage looks jittery and strobe-like whenever anyone moves. Diagnose the cause and prescribe the correct fix (and name the chapter that covers it).

28. Drone footage of a city, panning quickly, shows skyscrapers leaning and wobbling as if made of jelly. Name the phenomenon, explain the cause, and give the simplest fix.
